• No refund is acceptable once the order is confirmed.
• Only intended for sale and to be used in Hong Kong.  All reselling activities are prohibited.  We can only guarantee services and provide support for kits purchased directly through our website.
• Delivery service is available in Hong Kong ONLY.  No overseas delivery service is provided.  Kindly click here to check SF Express service coverage.
• If the products are failed to delivered due to customer error and needs to be re-delivered, an additional fee of HK$100 will be charged.
• All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and GOLAB reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
• Sample Pick-up Service is not applicable to islands district.
