• Please call or whatsapp 6571 7175 before placing order.  At least 3 working days booking in advanced is required.  No refund is acceptable once the order is confirmed.
• The service does not operate for quarantine hotels.
• One time max. 4 samples on-site collection at same location.  At least 3 working days booking in advanced.
•  *Since the testing requirements for entry to each country may change, customers should be aware of the latest entry regulations of the destination to ensure that valid testing method is selected.
• Only intended for sale and to be used in Hong Kong.  All reselling activities are prohibited.  We can only guarantee services and provide support for kits purchased directly through our website.
• Our Customer service team will contact you for making service appointment upon order received.  All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability.
